Shipping costs are based on the combined weight of your order. When you go to the checkout to pay for your goods, the total costs for shipping will be displayed. In order to change your shipping method, go to the "View Basket" page and choose the option you prefer. Do not forget to click the "Change Shipping" button next to your option and make sure that the relevant shipping cost is displayed next to "Shipping Total". There are three options: First Class Royal Mail (the default option), Next Business Day Delivery and Customer Collect. If your order reaches us by 8am, First Class Royal Mail can be delivered on the next business day, but there is unfortunately no guarantee and sometimes delivery can take up to three days. We can do Next Business Day Delivery for orders that reach us by 8am. For this option, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day for 99% of the UK. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for any exceptions to this guarantee, as this may change from time to time. If you use this option, please also send us an email at deliveries@ilzeschocolat.com to make sure that we are aware that it is a special delivery order and do not forget that there has to be someone present at the address to sign for acceptance of the parcel. Please note that the delivery cost is higher than for First Class Royal Mail. The Customer Collect option is specifically for customers that live near to one of the Farmers Markets that we attend and that are prepared to collect their order from one of the markets.
