We care as much for the appearance of our chocolates as for the taste. It is therefore important to us that the chocolates you have ordered arrive in perfect condition. In order to achieve this goal, we have invested in packaging that should protect your chocolates while they travel. However, in the unfortunate event that you have a complaint about the condition of your order, please contact us at deliveries@ilzeschocolat.com. We use Royal Mail first class to deliver your order by post. Our standard packaging is designed to fit most letter boxes and therefore deliveries should take place with minimum delay, very much like most book orders. In case of multiple orders where it is inefficient to ship individual items separately, the standard arrangement for Royal Mail oversize deliveries will apply.
