All of Ilze's luxury chocolate recipes are designed and developed to a standard of excellence. All of our chocolate is made with no unnatural additives or preservatives, hydrogenated oils, gums or waxes in our products at any stage of any process.
Ilze's chocolates contain the very finest of ingredients and because they are handmade in small batches they do not contain the things that have to be added when chocolates are mass produced and kept for a long time. All of our recipes are unique, generally dreamt up perfected over long sleepless nights, sad isn't it but that's what happens when you have a passion for something.
What’s more, we use cacao from the finest origins, including single bean varieties grown specifically for chocolate, which provides us with a superior luxurous quality of this most important of ingredients. The single bean varieties we use are smooth, clean and have pure taste on the palate.
